Music Technology

Music Technology allows students to focus on the technical aspects of music production, establishing themselves as music producers and engineers.

This course will introduce new skills and knowledge such as studio recordings and mixing techniques.

The students of this course will be introduced to the art of making instrumental music using loops, samples, and midi keyboards to trigger selected sounds & drums.

Overall, this course covers sampling, drum tracks, music theory, time signatures, and digital audio workspaces whilst offering the opportunity to support & perform at inhouse & external events.

The students will walk away with a clearer understanding of all the above and will learn valuable industry knowledge such as artists rights, management, artist promotion, copyright, and royalties.

Certificates will be provided upon completion of each level.
